Facilities Manager - Dubai
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to work for leading international Facilities Management.
An experienced and highly professional Facilities Manager is required to manage, oversee and ensure the smooth running of the clients Facilities.
Responsibilities will include:
• the management of premises leases,
• supplier contracts,
• people / team management,
• business continuity,
• H&S,
• environmental issues,
• planned and reactive maintenance
• upkeep and presentation of properties.
Successful candidate will have solid experience in facilities management, significant managerial experience and experience of working at a strategic level; strong intellect - ability to demonstrate a broad view of issues, events and activities and a perception of their longer-term impact or wider implications; understand and apply technical principles and view issues in terms of costs, opportunities and added value; project management and budget management experience; experience of managing culture change; highly customer focused and the ability to deal with a demanding and intellectual clientele. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy forging productive business relationships.
You will also be responsible for a number of challenging projects - ongoing management, leading to the disposal of one international property; ongoing management, post fit out and relocation of brand new office facility; management and development of Facilities Management team; reducing costs through proactive control measures.
