Job Details: I have an urgent position for a Head of HR in Iraq
My client is a regional company in the Food / FMCG sector and they are looking for a Head of HR to be based in Erbil, Kurdistan.
Experience and Responsibilities:
• At least 6 years senior HR experience in a multinational company, ideally in the Food and Dairy sector (or FMCG)
• Prior experience with competency based HR processes, HR information systems and compensation & benefits is required
• English is essential and Arabic is highly preferable
• Extensive experience in the Middle EastA
• Previous experience in Iraq or Kuwait would be ideal.
