As a part of your induction, we start all of our new employees as researchers. This gives you a chance to work with an experienced researcher and consultant to understand the process from both sides of the coin. This will also start to mould you into a recruiter by providing you with the knowledge to source your own candidates and giving you a taste of what life is like at Millar Cameron.
Our main goal is to get most of our staff into a client-facing role. This is much more sales focused and those who prove themselves as capable researchers are never forced out of the company. Instead they are given a different career path.

In addition to the many evenings out organised, we will always all go out for a Christmas and Summer Party. Recently these have included walking over the dome, ping pong tournaments, go karting and cocktail making – all of which are accompanied by a night out that is always talked about for weeks after.
